RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are immediately unhappy with your product due to it being faulty, damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours and keep all original packaging. A Customer Service Agent will assist you in order for us to process an exchange or a refund.
 

We unfortunately do not refund Sale and/or Promotion item/s but we can exchange the item/s within 7 days of delivery.
 

Returns and Exchanges can be logged to our Customer Services on 012 023 2461 OR on our WhatsApp line 083 626 4467.
 

A once-off free collection and re-delivery is arranged for exchanged and/or returned item/s. Our courier service will be instructed to collect the item/s from the address confirmed by you. However, should further collection arrangements be required, it will be at the customer’s expense based on our courier partner’s rates (Location dependant).

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can exchange an item/s within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

  • Alternatively, an exchange can be done at any of our stores, provided it is within 30 days, and all goods are in their original condition/packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and you are able to provide proof of purchase.

  • Sale and/or Promotion item/s can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

REFUND POLICY

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than the Item/s being faulty, damaged or defective), you may return the item/s to us provided that:​
     

  1. ​Item/s are in their original condition and are returned in or with its original packaging.

  2. Item/s has not been used or worn; unwashed and must not contain damage.
     

  • To qualify for a refund, item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • All returned item/s will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Once your item/s have been received and approved for refund, allow 5 -7 working days for refund to be processed to the original payment method selected at checkout.

  • Payflex refunds may be credited to their respective payment gateways. Feel free to contact our Customer Services on 012 023 2461 for assistance.

  • We will unfortunately not accept a return or exchange of any item/s should the item/s have been damaged or altered due to;
     

  1. Carelessness;

  2. Non-standard or unusual use;

  3. Failing to adhere to the care instructions attached to or sent with the Item/s;

  4. Accidental misuse or failure to maintain;

  5.  Irregular conditions; or

  6.  Any other manner of use or handling which indicates a lack of reasonable care with the Item/s.

  7. You have attempted to alter or repair the Item/s yourself or have allowed a third party to do so or attempt to do so.

  8. The Item/s have deteriorated as a result of fair wear and tear which is reasonably expected in the normal and regular use of the Item/s; or

  9. The apparent fault relates to a slight variation in appearance, which does not materially differentiate the item/s from the representation on the Site.

  10. The number of days post purchase exceeds the allowed 30 days.
